Chilean Completo Americano Hot Dog

The Chilean Completo Americano Hot Dog is ... different than the typical American Hot Dog.
I'm calling this "Americano" because I am altering some from the typical Chilean version that I had while visiting Chile.
Here's how it is built:
- Open the bun
- Spread generously with mayonnaise
- Add the Hot Dog
- Spread generously with smashed avocado
- Add freshly sliced onions
- Add freshly sliced tomatoes
- Add a squirt of mustard and ketchup to the top. It makes a colorful presentation.
Note: in Chile, the tomatoes and onions are typically chopped and then it is buried with avocado. I don't do this because you can't see what is in it. It is that simple. It is a presentation thing.
