Texan Frito Pie Pizza

The Texas Frito Pie is a snack/meal I remember as a kid at the ball park.  Take a bag of Fritos, cut a slit along the long side of the bag, pour in hot chili, top with chopped onions and shredded cheddar cheese and serve with a spoon.  (The Fritos bag doubled as a serving dish).  I have added the pickled jalapeños, which are optional for sissies.

• Marinara Sauce
• Shaved Garlic
• Four Cheese Blend (Grated)
• Fritos
• Chili Con Carne
• Onions
• Cheddar Cheese
• Pickled Jalapeños

Texan BBQ Beef Brisket Pizza

Texas is famous for BBQ, and when you think of Texas BBQ, the top cut is beef brisket, which is typically slow-smoked.  Providing this product is a bit pricey.  But if you want to indulge in delicious Texaness, you should go for this!

• BBQ Sauce
• Shaved Garlic
• Four Cheese Blend (Grated)
• BBQ Beef Brisket (4 oz cooked)
• Topped with Blue Cheese

Add up to 2 veggie toppings for free.

Texan Black-eyed Peas Pizza

A meal featuring black-eyed peas was a new year's day MUST when I was growing up in Texas.  Our meal typically included cornbread as well.

• Marinara Sauce
• Shaved Garlic
• Four Cheese Blend (Grated)
• Black-eyed peas
• Onions
• Green Bell Pepper
• Cheddar Cheese
• Pickled Jalapeños
• Topped with 1 oz bag of Fritos

The Fritos corn chips will replace the corn bread, sort of.
