The Dad Pizza is my personal favorite pie:

• Marinara sauce
• Parmesan cheese
• Roasted lamb
• Spinach
• Green Peppers
• Onions
• Dried Figs
• Kalamata Olives
• Feta Cheese

I use grass fed and hormone free lamb, roasted in my oven.  All meat that I roast in my oven will be served well done, but I am careful how I slice it so it doesn't get too tough.

I know this is a LOT of toppings -- more than the 4 cheese + 1 meat + 2 veggies that I recommend as a limit, but they are very light.
